Project Overview
Iraq Gate designed and developed PackFlow, a custom digital customer portal for Al-Motakamila Flexible Packaging, providing a centralized platform for managing customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle. The system enables customers to submit and track requests, review designs and revisions, follow production progress, receive quotations, manage approvals, and access their financial documents and account information through a dedicated secure portal.
The platform covers both sides of the order lifecycle: a customer-facing portal for submitting requests, reviewing designs and revisions, receiving quotations, issuing approvals and retrieving invoices, receipts and account statements — and the internal workflow that carries each order through design, pricing, production and financial documentation. Access is governed by role-based permissions with per-customer data isolation.
